Some of may favorite Pinterest Pins are of easy DIY projects with items that you could recycle into something new. Projects with a Tin Can are the perfect up-cycle DIY ideas.
Here are 2 ideas for a coffee tin can.
A flower vase & a pizza/cake stand!
Supplies for this projects:
- a coffee can
- burlap to wrap & your favorite ribbon or wrap
- hot glue gun
- The coffee tin can I used:
2. Take off the wrap:
3. Using a hot glue gun, secure the burlap wrap around the can.
The width of the burlap I had is the same size as the can. Score!
Since I’m slightly obsessed with navy right now, so I had to add this fun rope.
I love my cake stand from Painted fox, but not everyone can afford a $40 Cake/Pizza stand like this one, so my next idea for the coffee tin can is a cheaper option.
One of my favorite restaurants in Ogunquit Maine is Cornerstone, they are known for their flatbread pizza. They place large empty pasta sauce cans in the middle of the table and serve the pizza on the cans.
It makes so much more room on the table for plates and your drinks. I love this idea!
So I took the tin flower vase and turned it upside down to make a great pizza stand.
The small table I have in my kitchen does not have much room on it, so this is a great option for serving food!
